Privacy policy acc. EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

As part of the use of this website, personal data will be processed by us as the controller and stored for the duration necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and legal obligations. In the following, we will inform you about the data, the way in which they are processed and the rights you are entitled to.
According to Art. 4 No. 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter the "data subject").

1. Processing of personal data and purposes of processing

a) When visiting the website

You can access this website without disclosing your identity. The browser used on your device sends only automatically information to the server of our website (e.g. the operating system of your computer and the browser you use, name of your internet access provider, name and URL of the retrieved file, date and time of access, the website from which access was made).

This includes the IP address of your requesting device. This is temporarily stored in a so-called log file and automatically deleted after 4 weeks at the latest.

The processing of the IP address is for technical and administrative purposes of connection establishment and stability in order to ensure the security and functionality of our website and to be able to track any illegal attacks if necessary.

The legal basis for processing the IP address is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the mentioned security interest and the need for a trouble-free provision of our website.

From the processing of the IP address and other information in the log file, we cannot draw any direct conclusions about your identity.

In addition, we use cookies and a statistical analysis service when visiting our website. Further details can be found in section 3 of this privacy policy.

b) By using the contact form

If you are interested in an apartment or a holiday home, you can use our contact form to contact us. The following mandatory information must be provided:
first name
surname
e-mail address
arrival and departure date
number of adults and children
name of the desired accommodation

You also have the opportunity to provide voluntarily further information and can ask questions.

All information provided by you will be used for the purpose of the contact request in order to check your request and to answer it as best as possible.

The data processing is carried out on your request and only as far as it is in the context of answering a contact request for the implementation of pre-contractual measures acc. Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR or for the protection of legitimate interests of us or third parties acc. Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR is required.

If you send a request, the information given by you will be deposited as a booking request until deletion.

2. Transfer of personal data to third parties

A transfer of personal data is at best considered if
you acc. Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR have given your express consent to this,
in the event that disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR is a legal obligation, as well
as far as acc. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) of the GDPR for the enforcement of our rights, in particular for the enforcement of claims arising from a contractual relationship with you.

3. Web Analytics: Flashcounter statistics service

This website uses the http://fc.webmasterpro.de FlashCounter statistics service, a free service of the http://www.team23.de webdesign agency Team23 for the statistical analysis of visitor access. The technical implementation requires cookies (text files that are stored on the computer of visitors to the website) and the storage of your IP address. These data cannot be assigned to specific persons by the provider. A combination of the IP address with other data sources is not carried out. The IP addresses and cookies are usually deleted after a few days, but at the latest after one month. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website such as

used operating system
referrer URL (the previously visited page)
host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
time of the server request

The Team 23 Internet Agency assures that they process the data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and ensure the protection of the data subject's rights.

It is assured that the data of the user will not be passed on to third parties and will not be used for advertising purposes. A forwarding of this data takes place only in the case of booking to the extent necessary to the people involved in the booking process (owner, administrator, if necessary, car rental).

5. Affected rights

You have the right:

pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR your once granted consent to revoke against us at any time. As a result, we are not allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent for the future;

in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can provide information on the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been disclosed, the planned retention period, the right to rectification, deletion, limitation of processing or opposition, the existence of a Demand right of appeal;

pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, to demand the correction of incorrect or completed personal data stored by us immediately;

in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us, except where the processing is for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfillment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims is required;

in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, as far as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you reject their deletion and we no longer need the data, but you this to assert, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have objected to processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;

pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR to receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another person responsible.

6. Information about your right of objection according to Art. 21 GDPR

You have the right at any time, for reasons arising out of your particular situation, to prevent the processing of personal data concerning you pursuant to Article 6 (1) (e) of the GDPR (Data Processing in the Public Interest) and Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR ( Data processing on the basis of a balance of interests) takes place objection.

All personal data transmitted by you will be encrypted using the generally accepted and secure standard TLS (Transport Layer Security). We also take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or total loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties.
