The wellness house: At this rustic, Andalusian country house with private pool the priorities are set on relaxation and holiday. Already when arriving you are welcome with a basket full of fresh fruit. The spacious living-dining-room with visible ceiling beams extends over the complete width of the house. At the large dining table 10 persons have enough space. On the broad settee you enjoy the crackle of the fire in the big fireplace or watching the English TV programme on the flat screen, which you receive through the satellite dish. - The separate, comfortable fitted kitchen with dining table, washing mashine, electrical hob, oven and dishwasher facilitates pleasantly the work. - All 5 bedrooms are equipped each one with comfortable beds, a wardrobe and a mobile fan. Especially the 4 bedrooms in the attic generate through the visible, crooked ceiling beams and the low windows (some are on the level of the floor) a peerless, original feeling. - From the dining-room you come to the flower-decorated patio (courtyard), where you can enjoy the sun also on windy days. In front of the living-room is the very large southern terrace with two suites of garden furniture, which vine-covered pergola spends pleasantly shadow, but doesn’t interfere with the fantastic panoramic view onto the large Lake Viñuela, the wide hills with olive trees and the sea. On the bricked-in barbecue next to the antique bread oven in the wall you can prepare delicious meat and fish. - The own, private pool (9 x 4,50 m) is surrounded of another, spacious terrace with shower, shadow roof, various deckchairs and garden furniture. Who likes can do sport on the table-tennis board here (net, bats and balls are available) or on the tennis court, which is only 200 m far away. For the younger guests there are three swings on the private playground. - The street is concreted, parking spaces are next to the house on the plot of 3.500 m².
The very quiet, single location in the vivinity of the village (1,2 km) as well as the free weekly change of bedlinen and towels give you absolute peace and time to feel well, to relax and
to enjoy completely your holidays.
The near Periana with its various shops and the old church tempts to go for a walk through the village with a following stop in a bar or one of the restaurants to have a glass of wine or/and
an Andalusian-solid meal.
