Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds and fitted wardrobes. The modern fitted kitchen disposes of an electric cooker with glass hob (4 hot plates) and oven. The bathroom with window is equipped with bathtub, washing basin and WC. All rooms in the house can be heated with the central heating comfortably and congenially. - In this house only non-smokers are welcome.

In the own garden you can choose between the sun terrace at the front with views onto the sea, the rear, roofed terrace with ceiling fan and wind protection and the upper sun terrace. - Your car is in the garage very well placed.
