Absolute rarity - In the popular, very first beach line of Torre del Mar, in the promenade street Paseo Marítimo, there where are usually only blocks of flats, there is the ground-level detached house with panoramic views onto the beach and the sea.

In front of the house, in southern position, a large terrace of 60 m² with walls (patio) makes sure that you have enough privacy and distance to the narrow promenade street (one-way street) with lay-bys. Behind this street are already the longest promenade of Europe and the very wide sandy beach. The distance to the beach are only 15 m and to the water approx. 45 m, because the beach is so broad.
The terrace is planted with a lemon tree and roofed in the area of the garden furniture, so that you can choose between sunny and shady places. For the absolute sun worshippers there is aditionally a small roof terrace (approx. 4 m²) with sea view of 180°.

The both bedrooms for 2 resp. 4 persons are pleasantly and inviting decorated. The separate kitchen is equipped with electrical hob and oven. In walking distance there are various possibilities for shopping, eating out and for entertainment. The nearest super-market is only 150 m far away. The nearest restaurant in a distance of approx. 10 m offers free delivery to the door !
Parking spaces are in front of the plot, but a small car can be parked also on the own terrace
