House 45 lies in top location with nearly 180° stunning views on the sea. In the main floor and in the basement each is one flat. For up to 5 persons it is sufficient to rent only the main floor. The lower flat won’t be rented separately.
House 45 upstairs is the flat in the main floor of this house. To it belong a terrace in southern position, which is partly roofed, the underneath lying middle terrace as well as a lookout balcony on the roof, whose access is a spiral staircase on the middle terrace. Already from the living room and the upper terrace you have marvellous panoramic views on the sea, from the roof balcony you look, in addition, even at the hills.

House 45 downstairs is the flat in the basement, which is the ground floor seen from the sea side. The flat in the basement is only suitable as extension of the upper flat, because the access to it leads about both terraces.

In the village, which is below the urbanisation and within easy walking distance, there are the baker, a butcher (where you also can buy washing powder and whisky !), a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, 2 bars and a little post office, once a week is market.

In Chilches Costa is a large Mercadona supermarket as well as several restaurants, where you can order also for little money the menu of the day.

In the next village, Benajarafe, there is a little supermarket on the coastal road, which opens daily, also on Sundays. On Saturdays in Benajarafe is held also a weekly market.

Nearby in Torre del Mar you find all, what your heart wants: a huge number of shops and restaurants, tapas and wine bars, market (on Thursdays) and, and, and ...
