The lovely apartment in western exposure is located in the 5th floor of a seven-storey building with lift. There is only a distance of approx. 100 m to the nice beach promenade and the wide,
very long sandy beach. The internet cafe, the playground and some shops are also just round the corner. The car park is approx. 50 m far away. From the balcony you look on the left side onto the sea as
well as on the right side over the neighbouring housing area and the mountains. Impressive is also the view onto the wide, well-kept green areas with palms and tropic trees, which are directly under the
balcony in front of the building. The very large, well-tended and marvellous arranged urbanisation looks like a hotel area with various parks, several swimming-pools, an indoor pool for the wintertime, 4
tennis courts as well as countless restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a sufficient car park. The 4 km long and very nice promenade as well as the lovely village itself invite to go for a walk.
