The building La Vega is next to the “shopping mall” of Torrox Costa. Within a walking distance of few minutes you arrive to all shops, super-markets, restaurants, the weekly market and
of course to the nearby sandy beach (only 300 m away) with the 4 km long promenade. In spite of the central location the apartment is relatively quiet, because the rooms and the balcony are turned away
to the side from the main street.
Over ramps in the lobby of the three-storey building also wheelchair patients can reach easily the lift.
The apartment of approx. 70 m² living-space is located in the second floor. There
can live upto 5 persons. Already when coming into the hall the view falls immediately on the bright and welcoming living-room with the wide sliding door of the east balcony. This large room has
comfortable upholstered furniture in front of the SAT-TV and a spacious dinig area.
From the balcony you look to the right side onto the village and a little part of the sea and to the left side onto
the common pool of the house and the mountains in the background.
Besides the the shutters on all windows and the balcony door an awning at the balcony protects against too much sun. Additional
several mobile fans make sure that nobody sweats.
The large fitted kitchen is well equipped with electrical hob, fridge-freezer, little pizza oven, washing mashine and double sink with onehand fitting.
One of the both bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
The bathroom with window is equipped with bath
tub, WC and bidet. The washing basin is fitted in a washstand with a fine marble slab. Also here are installed only onehand fittings.
If sometimes you shouldn’t feel like going to the beach and the sea - in the garden of La Vega there are the common pool (8 x 4 m) and the sunbathing lawn around it at your’s disposal.
