The comfortable flat (approx. 60 m˛) is located in the 2nd floor of a 6-storey building with lift and is only approx. 100 m far from the promenade and the long sandy beach. The apartment is
orientated to the east, so that the sun comes in from the morning until midday, but is protected against too much heat in the evening and the night. The views from the balcony fall on the village and at
the side on the promenade and the sea. The apartment is in the heart of Nerja on a one-way street. All shops, bars, super-markets, restaurants, banks and obviously the beach you reach easily walking. So
there is nothing to be said against going
spontaneously window-shopping or having one (or two or three...) glasses of wine in the evening in the bar just round the corner or visiting the pizzeria or the internet-café across the street as well as many enterprises more.
